Bullion Pellet Hop

Alpha Acid: 7-9.5%

Classic bittering hop - very similar to and often interchangeable with Brewer's Gold.  Bullion and Brewer's Gold are among the earliest grown high alpha hops in the world.  Noted for its intense black current flavor and balanced bittering properties.  Used in IPAs, ESBs, and stouts.  Substitutions: Columbus, Northern Brewer, German Brewer's gold.
