Cascade

Alpha Acid 5.0 – 8.5%
The Cascade is one of the original hop varieties developed by Oregon State University. It is an aroma hop that has become very popular among the craft brew crowd. Its aroma is primarily described as citrusy with hints of grapefruit. Often used in IPA’s, Pale Ales and Porters. Substitutions: Centennial, Amarillo, Columbus.
