A bittering hop with a nice, medium intensity aroma profile of spicy pine with hints of grapefruit- great for American-style Pale Ales, IPA's, Stouts, Porters and Barley Wine; its bittering properties make it nice for Lagers as well. Substitutions: Nugget, Columbus, Northern Brewer, Wye Target.
