Chinook Rhizome

 Chinook is a high alpha hop released in 1985. For many years it was used by the Coors Brewing Co. but in recent times has gained popularity with craft brewers. Many use Chinook for its bittering properties but its piney, spicey and grapefruit aromatics are also popular for dry hop applications.
