Columbus Pellet Hop

Alpha Acid: 14-17%

US Super-Alpha variety, widely used bittering hop with a pungent aroma. Also known as Tomahawk and similar to Zues. Useful for IPAs, stouts, and pale ales.  Substitutions: Nugget, Chinook, Northern Brewer and Wye Target.
