Mt. Hood Pellet Hop

Alpha Acid: 5-8%

An American aroma hop derived from the German Hallertauer and half-sister to Ultra, Liberty and Crystal. The Mt. Hood was crafted for Oregon in 1983 and offers spicy aroma and clean bittering. Often used in lagers, American wheat, and pilsners.  Substitutions: Crystal, French Strisselspalt, and Hersbrucker.
