US Northern Brewer

Alpha Acid 8-10%

An English variety bred in 1934 with Golding ancestry. Today Northern Brewer is what we consider a 'dual purpose' hop, with well balanced bittering and aroma characteristics. It has a medium aroma with  wild tones.
