Alpha Acid: 12-14%

A famous American bittering hop developed in 1983 at Oregon State University. This hop has become increasingly popular for its spicy, herbal aromas which are great for Ales, Stouts and barley wine.  Substitutions: Galena, Magnum, Columbus and Wye Target.
