US Golding

  Alpha Acid: 4-5.2%

The American-grown version of this classic English aroma hop. US Golding has a mild, floral aroma.  Popular in English-style ales, especially bitters and pale ales, as well as in Belgian-style ales and barley wine. Substitutions: UK East Kent Golding, Fuggle-type hops.
